THE Governance Commission for Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations (GCG) will be submitting recommendations to Malacañang regarding the planned merger of Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) and the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP).
In a statement on Thursday, GCG Chairman Alex Quiroz said legal concerns on the merger had been raised by DBP representatives during a meeting.
