Driving school owners, led by the Association of Accredited Driving Schools of the Philippines, Inc. president appeal on Thursday March 30, 2023 to Transportation Assistant Secretary Jay Art Tugade to hold another dialogue with its members. In a press conference, she also stressed the need to postpone the implementation of a memorandum circular that provides training rates, applies additional qualifications for accreditation and requires use of a new system with insufficient preparation.
