A HIGH school student took a consecrated host, ate it like it was a snack and posted his food review on Twitter, where he gave it a score of 7.1 out of 10. And an entire high school had to suspend Masses as an act of collective contrition as required by Church laws.

Social media is now exploding with animosity toward the wayward youth, with some expressing so much anger to a point that their disgust borders on utter hatred. Some people are urging not only that the school expel the student, but for the Catholic Church to excommunicate him. Had this been the era of Christ, they probably would have cried that he be crucified. Or if we were in the Inquisition, it would not be far-fetched if some demand were made for him to be burned at the stake for being a heretic.
