ENRIQUE Ibarra Pedroza, the secretary-general of the Mexican State of Jalisco, received the delegation from the Republic of the Philippines represented by Gov. Rodolfo Albano 3rd of the province of Isabela and Gov. Susan Yap of the province of Tarlac, in a bid to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the two regions.

The Mexican and Filipino officials identified and talked about the opportunities in commercial matters and exchanged good practices from Jalisco to add value to agricultural products originating in the Philippines.
