Tolentino to defend 'Bato' before ICC

SEN. Francis Tolentino said he intends to represent fellow senator Ronald 'Bato' dela Rosa before the International Criminal Court (ICC) where the latter is facing charges involving crime against humanity.

The complaint against dela Rosa arose from his role in the Duterte administration's war on drugs. Former president Rodrigo Duterte is facing similar charges before the ICC.
