DRINKING at least eight glasses of water a day is vital for the body against dehydration and heat stroke this dry season, according to experts.
Dr. Benito Atienza, vice president of the Philippine Federation of Professional Associations (PFPA), said that drinking 64 ounces, or equivalent to 2 liters of drinking water per day, can help revitalize the electrolytes of the human body.
