"TRAGIC" accounts of state-sponsored abductions and enforced disappearances in North Korea require action from the isolated country's authorities, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk said on Tuesday.
His remarks came after the UN Human Rights Office released a new report, titled "These wounds do not heal," which details enforced disappearances and abductions dating back to 1950.
