THE first phase of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) Connector Road which was inaugurated on Monday will serve as another route for trade transportation to the National Capital Region coming from Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, and other provinces in Region 2 like Cagayan and Isabela.
The 5-kilometer elevated expressway is expected to improve mobility to residents, travelers and traders.
