A NEW route for seagoing passengers of Cebu and Dumangas has recently opened with the maiden voyage of MV Esperanza Star, a roll on, roll off (RoRo) vessel owned by Kho Shipping Lines.
According to the Port Management Office Panay-Guimaras, the MV Esperanza Star arrived last March 22 at the Ramp 2 of Port of Dumangas carrying 17 passengers and trucks.
