THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) has revised the calendar of activities for the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (BSKE) scheduled on Oct. 30, 2023.
Comelec spokesman John Rex Laudiangco said on Monday that the revised calendar was necessitated by the commission en banc's decision to move the date of the filing of certificate of candidacy (CoC) for the BSKE closer to the day of the actual elections.
