PH Army shifts focus to territorial defense

(UPDATE) THE Philippine Army is shifting its focus to territorial defense from internal security operations, its spokesman said on Sunday.

However, Col. Xerxes Trinidad said this does not mean that it will abandon the internal security of the country.
