POLICE on Sunday announced the arrest of four foreign nationals who were allegedly behind the abduction and killing of a 62-year-old Chinese Filipino businessman.
BGen. Rodolfo Castil Jr., chief of the PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group, identified the suspects as Bei Huimin, 30; Jielong Shen, 26; and Sun Xiao Hui, 26, all Chinese, who were arrested after they allegedly withdrew the ransom money deposited in their bank accounts in Parañaque City.
