THE private sector can play a vital role in closing the gap in infrastructure development in the Philippines, according to experts.
In an event organized by the Australia Embassy in the Philippines last March 24 for the launch of the Partnerships for Infrastructure (P4I), experts said that the private sector has a huge role in delivering infrastructure plans and projects by engaging them in private-public partnership (PPPs).
