Skechers opens flagship store in Glorietta

CONSIDERED the comfort technology company, Skechers is taking its presence in the Philippines to the next level with a new flagship store in Glorietta.

Located on the second level of the mall, the store will be the global brand's largest store in the Philippines to date, at 379-square-meters and is designed to present Skechers' extensive footwear and apparel offerings in one of the country's most highly trafficked districts.

'We're all unique people with needs that are as one of a kind as we are, so this new store that will feature the largest collection of Skechers in the Philippines will make it easy for shoppers to find their perfect pair,' Skechers Philippines country manager Suzette Pasustento said.

Glorietta hosts hundreds of thousands of visitors daily and sits right in the center of the Ayala business district.

Displaying Skechers' unique assortment of shoes, coordinating apparel and accessories as well as a dedicated performance shop, the new destination in Glorietta mirrors the brand's premier retail stores while catering to local styles.

A highlight of the new flagship store is a hand-painted mural by local artist JJ Zamoranos, which is a typical Filipino landscape including the jeepney and Mayon volcano juxtaposed with modern street style imagery to express the youthful and vibrant community.

From fashion styles to lifestyle products and performance shoes for sports enthusiasts, Skechers' offering is enhanced with the company's signature comfort innovations, including its patented Skechers Technology such as Hands Free Slip-ins, Massage Fit, Arch Fit, Max Cushioning, Hyper Burst, Air-Cooled Memory Foam, Relaxed Fit and Stretch.

Skechers was established in 1992 and since then has cultivated a reputation for style, innovation, comfort and quality in every product.
