Negros Oriental police chief relieved

BACOLOD CITY: Col. Alex Guce Recinto has been installed as the new chief of the Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office on Friday, March 24.

Recinto officially took the post vacated by Col. Reynaldo Lizardo during the turnover of command ceremony presided by BGen. Anthony Aberin, the newly appointed director of the Police Regional Office (PRO)-7.
