PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Thursday said he is "deeply concerned" over the increasing activities of communist terrorist groups in Masbate which has instilled fear in the locals and also resulted in the disruption of classes.
"We are deeply concerned over the incidents of violence in Masbate which had traumatized the affected civilians who were generally school children and their teachers," the Chief Executive said in a social media post.
