The Department of Education (DepEd) has condemned the "alarming rate" of communist activities in Masbate, which it said is causing learning disruption in the province.
In a statement, DepEd spokesman Michael Wesley Poa said that the department will remain defiant against the fear-mongering tactics of the communist terrorist group as it continues to commit to deliver basic education to all, even in disadvantaged areas.
