DAMAGE to infrastructure and aftershocks are expected from the magnitude 5.6 earthquake that rattled Cagayan province on Thursday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
Phivolcs chief Teresito Bacolcol said Intensity 5 was felt in Calayan, also in the same province.
