The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) raided the factory of Tolong Sugar Milling Co. in Sta. Catalina, Negros Oriental on Friday morning.
The milling company is reportedly owned by Negros Oriental 3rd District Rep. Arnolfo Teves Jr., who has been suspended by the House of Representatives for "disorderly behavior."
