AS I noted on Tuesday, part of the Philippine Electric Power Industry Forum 2023 presented by the Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines (IEMOP) on Monday this week was a sideline panel discussion on nuclear energy development in the Philippines. While I am a committed skeptic of nuclear energy, it is vital to the constant improvement of my knowledge and understanding of it that I take every opportunity to give advocates an objective hearing. Take your best shot and give me your best arguments because no matter how that turns out, we will all learn something, and that's a good thing.
