'Oplan Baboy' launched in Cebu

CEBU CITY Mayor Michael Rama has signed an executive order for the city's hog industry.

In a statement on Wednesday, Rama said 'Oplan Baboy' is aimed at solving the challenges and threats to the swine industry in the city.
