6 suspects in Degamo slay undergo inquest proceedings at DoJ

SIX suspects in the shooting of Negros Oriental governor Roel Degamo and eight other individuals underwent inquest proceedings on Thursday afternoon before the Department of Justice (DoJ).

In an interview, Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla said the 10 suspects who are now under the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) also expressed their willingness to be taken into the government's Witness Protection Program.
