BACOLOD CITY: Embattled Negros Oriental 3rd district Rep. Arnolfo "Arnie" Teves Jr. on Tuesday appeared not at the House of Representatives but on Facebook where he reiterated in Filipino that he was not hiding and offered a theory that the gunmen responsible for the death of Negros Oriental governor Roel Degamo were known in the area, that even "the dog" knew who they were.
The 17-minute video was posted at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday and captioned 'Hindi ako nagtatago' (I am not hiding).
