ANGELES CITY: Some 221 female inmates or persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) here received free screening for breast cancer and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) on Monday, March 20.

This is the first time that the city government under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. conducted free medical tests for female PDLs.
