CENTRAL Luzon's efforts in the Manila Bay cleanup program did not go unnoticed by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) as it exalted its efficient implementation of the projects.
Region 3 is one of the areas in the country mandated to restore the water quality of Manila Bay in accordance with the Writ of Continuing Mandamus of the Supreme Court.
