LTFRB to issue special bus permits

(UPDATE) SPECIAL permits will be issued by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to public utility buses (PUBs) this coming Holy Week.

LTFRB Technical Division chief Joel Bolano on Tuesday said that they are processing the special permits for 712 bus units to augment the current number of buses that travel from Metro Manila to the provinces and vice versa with the expected influx of passengers for the religious occasion.
