Brillante Mendoza lays out 'Apag' for summer film fest

Internationally acclaimed Filipino filmmaker Brillante Mendoza is all set to present his latest family drama, 'Apag,' at the first Summer Metro Manila Film Festival happening from April 8 to 18.

The genius behind globally lauded prizewinning films such as 'Ma'Rosa' (2016) and 'Kinatay' (2009) assembled a power cast of artists for this outing, headed by Coco Martin, Cannes 2016 Best Actress Jaclyn Jose, Lito Lapid, Gladys Reyes, and Mercedes Cabral.
