MARAWI City, capital of Lanao del Sur in Mindanao, has now two new barangay (villages) as approved by voters in plebiscites on Saturday, March 18.
Based on Commission on Elections data, a total of 1,421 registered voters from mother Barangay Datu Dalidigan and Barangay Sagonsongan moved for the creation of two more.
