Ginebra routs import-less NLEX, enters semis

Justin Brownlee and Jamie Malonzo led Barangay Ginebra's big second quarter blitz as the Gin Kings steamrolled past an import-less NLEX, 127-93, to advance to the 2022-23 PBA Governors' Cup semifinals on Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Clutching on to a narrow one-point lead at the end of the opening frame, Brownlee and Malonzo joined hands by accounting for 24 of Ginebra's 38-point output in the second period to help the league's crowd drawer to a sizeable 56-36 halftime lead.
