LAST week, I had the rare privilege to be in the same room with some of the "World's Most Influential Women" during the Forbes 30/50 Summit. From the first lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, to Hillary Clinton, Gloria Steinem and Billie Jean King, it was an honor to learn from pioneers in the trenches who have rightfully earned the right to share their hard-won lessons in this lifetime. To meet women who have gone beyond the traditional taxonomy of the power elite was transforming in exhilarating ways.
While the World Bank estimated that it's going to take another 200 years for the world to reach gender pay equality, we can be chroniclers of history by learning from women who were brave enough to carry the torch and spark movements for fellow women around the world.
