TOKYO: Hundreds of Japanese gathered outside a military equipment fair near Tokyo on Wednesday to protest the government's move to step up its arms trade.
More than 300 people shouted "No war!," "No war preparation!" and "Say no to traders of death!" outside the Makuhari Messe convention center, where the three-day DSEI Japan 2023 event is being held, in Chiba prefecture, east of Japan's capital.
