THE Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) has filed criminal complaints against Negros Oriental 3rd District Rep. Arnolfo "Arnie" Teves Jr. and his two sons over loose firearms seized at the house of the lawmaker.
Aside from Rep. Teves, Kurt Mathew and Axel, are accused of violation of Republic Act (RA) 10591, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, and RA 9516 or the Law on Explosives.
