THE Department of Science and Technology (DoST) through its Provincial Science and Technology Office (PSTO)-Pangasinan office has expanded its implementation of Community Empowerment through Science and Technology (CEST) by identifying three island communities with the help of the Dagupan City local government units.
The CEST beneficiaries are Sitio Patalan of Barangay Pantal, Sitio Talaib of Barangay Calmay, and Sitio Tukok of Barangay Lucao.
