AT least nine victims of alleged human trafficking and prostitution were rescued from two suspects in an operation launched by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in General Mariano Alvarez (GMA) municipality in Cavite.

In a statement late Tuesday, the NBI's Cybercrime Division identified the apprehended suspects as Rodel Mirana Canoy alias Gigzo and Jesus Manuel Genio Bustamante alias Buboy.
