THE Office of Davao City First District Rep. Paolo Duterte and the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) Region 11 have helped more than 10,000 recipients of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged and Displaced Workers (Tupad) since 2022.
The First District Office reported that 11,019 recipients have received their Tupad payout since October 2022, including 580 beneficiaries who recently received the assistance. They included vendors, tailors, school maintenance staff, hair stylists, barbers and laborers.
