Property firm gains despite headwinds

REAL estate developer D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. on Wednesday reported that net income had grown 3 percent year on year to P2.1 billion in 2022.

This was attributed to fresh earnings contributions from expansion projects and notwithstanding macroeconomic headwinds.
