DUBAI, United Arab Emirates: Human Rights Watch (HRW) on Wednesday accused the United Arab Emirates of arbitrarily detaining at least 2,400 Afghan asylum seekers in "miserable" accommodation for more than a year, pending resettlement elsewhere.
