COTABATO City Mayor Bruce Matabalao has ordered the suspension of small town lottery (STL) operations in the city starting Monday, March 13, due to alleged security threats facing local operators.
Matabalao said he issued the order upon the request of Col. Querubin Manalang, city police director.
