(UPDATE) THE Sandiganbayan found former Maguindanao Gov. Sajid Ampatuan and two others guilty of graft in connection with the misuse of P147 million in public funds allegedly for the purchase of farm inputs in 2009 and falsification of public documents.

In a 56-page decision, the Third Division of the anti-graft court also convicted former provincial agriculturist Mosibicak Guiabel and former budget officer and bids and awards committee member Datu Ali Abpi Al Haj for violating Section 3(e) of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
