LPA off Davao City to dissipate Wednesday or Thursday

THE state-run weather agency said that the low pressure area (LPA) off Davao City may dissipate either today, Wednesday, or Thursday.

This, as the northeast monsoon locally known as 'amihan' is affecting Luzon, including Metro Manila where partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains may prevail within 24 hours.
