ABOUT P43 billion from the General Appropriations Act (GAA) has been allocated for the banner food security programs in the agriculture sector this year.
In a statement, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) said it has allotted a total of P42.844 million to the Department of Agriculture for food security programs.
