ACEN, BrightNight ink India devt deal

AYALA Group energy firm ACEN Corp. will be collaborating with US-based power producer BrightNight to build and operate large-scale hybrid wind-solar and round-the-clock renewable power projects in India.

ACEN plans to invest $250 million in equity and performance guarantees to support BrightNight's current portfolio and future growth.
