Letran moved a win away from ending a 22-year title drought as the Squires downed the College of St.-La Salle Green Hills Greenies 85-81 in Game 1 of their finals series in the NCAA Season 98 juniors basketball tournament on Monday, March 13 at the San Andres Sports Complex in Malate, Manila.

June Silorio scored a career-best 27 points, with seven rebounds and three assists, while Andy Gemao contributed 21 points, 14 rebounds, five assists and three steals.
