A passenger from Madagascar was apprehended by government operatives at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) for transporting six kilograms of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu.
The drug courier, who was not identified by the Bureau of Customs (BoC), arrived on Sunday, March 12, from Hong Kong via Ethiopian Airlines flight ET644 and was originally from Madagascar, East Africa as port of origin.
