PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday lauded the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) and the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) that aims to boost the government's cybersecurity and energy-related security efforts.
Marcos said that the NGCP plays a vital role in the government's "war strategy" especially when it comes to ramping up the economy.
