SteelAsia Manufacturing Corp. is equipping its steel mill in Calaca, Batangas with artificial intelligence (AI) technology that is expected to boost output without harming the environment.
Earlier this month, SteelAsia signed an agreement with Germany's SMS Group to furnish the Calaca steel plant with the latest AI system for process automation and digitalization.
