Isabela retrieval team faces difficulties

INCESSANT rain and slippery terrain are making the task of retrieving the remains of those who died in the Cessna plane crash in Isabela last January difficult.

In a statement, the Isabela Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) said the 39-member retrieval team reached the crash site at around 8 a.m. Saturday
