THE Davao Consumer Movement (DCM) has urged residents in Davao del Norte and Maco in Davao de Oro to take part in a rally on Monday, March 13, to support bills that will transfer the remaining Northern Davao Electric Cooperative (Nordeco) franchises in the said areas to Davao Light and Power Co. (DLPC).
"Your support to this endeavor is necessary to show our lawmakers and President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. that the status quo has drastically impacted the lives of Nordeco's customers," a statement by DCM co-convenor Ryan Amper on Saturday read.
