6th HERO Golf Cup tee-offs held for military orphans' education

HERO Foundation Inc. successfully staged the 6th HERO Golf Cup 2023: A Golf Tournament for the Education of the Children of our Fallen Soldiers last March 3 at the Camp Aguinaldo Golf Course where 100 percent of the tournament's net proceeds will be used to fund the educational needs of orphaned children and dependent siblings of soldiers who were permanently incapacitated or killed due to enemy action or during disaster relief operations.

Founded in 1988, HERO (Help Educate and Rear Orphans) Foundation Inc., is the largest partner of the Armed Forces of the Philippines that is committed to helping orphans of Filipino soldiers finish school and become their family's future breadwinners. Currently, HERO Foundation is supporting 262 scholars nationwide and has helped a total of 2,733 scholars since it started.
