PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Friday called on the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to institutionalize reforms, as proposed during past consultations between the poll body and different stakeholders.
Speaking at the 1st National Election Summit held at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza in Pasay City, the Chief Executive stressed that the Comelec must "act decisively".
